Thanks to great reporting by Think Progress’ Amanda Terkel, we have a full-on hypocrisy alert related to this past summer’s entertaining but frightening town hall meetings. The term “death panel” was often bandied about at these events as evidence of the Democrats’ true evil intentions. Well as it turns out Cigna, the health insurance provider for the RNC, already has what those town-hallers called “death panels” in place. Does this mean the RNC is supporting them for its own membership?
